About...
Jaci Rogers, a Wyoming native, was born and raised in Riverton, Wyo., with a love and passion for art. She graduated from Riverton High School in 1998, with an intense focus on art and pottery, where several of her projects were selected for The State Art Symposium. After high school her accomplishments include: Co-owner of a chain restaurant (6 years) and Administrative Assistant for Apex Surveying, Inc. (13 years and current employer). Her dreams started to become a reality 3 years ago when she decided to start her own business, Fancy Fusion Glass. Her glass inspiration comes from her Aunt JoAnne, who fused glass products for over 14 years. Jaci became very intrigued by the heat process, technique and unique art that could be created through fusing glass. Eager to master this art medium, she taught herself how to make fused glass products through books, videos and raw determination. Jaci has researched the very best glass products and tools to make her own unique fused glass products, that are truly one-of-a-kind. She is constantly thinking of new and inventive creations and loves the fact that she can use her creativity to create functional art. Jaci pours her heart into everything she takes on. Just as any business, it starts out slow, but fortunately things have really taken off for Fancy Fusion. She feels very blessed the hard work and dedication is being noticed and appreciated and helping her dream come true. When not working or creating her fused glass, you will find Jaci cooking & canning from her garden and enjoying the great outdoors. She loves hiking, bike rides, camping, hanging out with family & friends and most of all, soaking up the great Wyoming sun.
